Learning Estimate Review

CCC® Estimate Review allows reinspectors to review and approve Estimates and Supplements as well as request changes and or supplements if edits are needed. CCC® Estimate Review can be completed in the CCC® Portal and CCC® Estimating.

This page is organized into 3 sections. Job aids in each table are ordered from top to bottom in terms of process – for example, you wouldn’t conduct an Estimate Review reinspection until after you had completed an Estimate Review.

CCC® Portal – Estimate Review Job Aids

CCC Portal Reinspection Update	This job aid describes the changes and how to use the new features and functionality.
CCC® Portal Ad-hoc Estimate Review	Ad-hoc Estimate Review provides the ability to select the Estimate / Supplement version to review. This provides flexibility to create a review on the same version as the original reviewer. The user can select to review the: E01, S01, S02, S03, or S04.
CCC® Portal Ad-hoc Estimate Review Reinspection	Ad-hoc Estimate Review Reinspection provides the ability to reinspect an Ad-hoc Estimate Review. In order to perform an Ad-hoc Estimate Review Reinspection, an Ad-hoc Estimate Review must first be completed.
CCC® Portal Estimate Review Process	Outlines the steps to review estimates and supplements and request changes using the CCC Portal.
Estimate Review Summary Reports	This job aid explains how to generate and read the Estimate Review Summary Report and the Detailed Summary Report.
Estimate Review - Line Level	Outlines the steps to create line level change requests.
Estimate Review Reinspection	This job aid describes how to perform an R2 Reinspection (re-reinspection) on an already reviewed estimate using Estimate Review.
Estimate Review Supervisor Report	The Estimate Review Supervisor Report, which is available through the CCC® Portal, provides key metrics for claims on which an Estimate Review action has been performed.
Intelligent Reinspection	Intelligent Reinspection identifies line-level opportunities associated with an estimate uploaded by the shop. This is based on AI judgement, Parts Guidelines and Rules Based Reason Codes. Carriers can determine the need to manually review the file or straight through process the estimate without human intervention. Insurance carriers can evaluate which estimates should undergo auto approval, AI low touch review and which ones should be subjected to manual review.
Manual Estimate Review	Manual Estimate Review is a feature for CCC® Portal that allows insurers with CCC® Focus to manually perform a reinspection. This feature allows users to create a review with or without estimate data in the claim folder; in either case, users can manually enter review details.
