The CCC Portal Login Page

The Connect to CCC Portal page lets you log in to the CCC Portal using your User Id and Password. You can also use this screen to reset your password when needed. You would typically need to reset your password in the following situations.

1. You have forgotten your password.
2. You have mistyped your password three times and now your account is locked.
3. You have not logged into the CCC Portal for more than 90 days. Your account will be locked.

Reset Password

If you need to reset your password, click the Forgot Password? link. CCC will send an e-mail to your registered e-mail address with instructions on how to reset your password.

Unlock Account

If your account is locked, the Connect to CCC Portal page will display an error message.

• You account is currently locked. Unlock account?

Click the Unlock link to start the unlock account and reset password process.
