Using the Preview Pane

This feature allows you to view customer, vehicle and estimate amount workfile information. When at least one picture attachment to the workfile, a thumbnail view is also displayed in the pane. The Workfiles Search Results screen also allows you to configure columns, and sort by column.

To access the properties sheets

1. Click View > Workfiles from the menu bar.
2. Select the Preview button from the Search Results toolbar. The workfile Preview pane is displayed at the bottom of the screen. This option is not available in the Archive view.
