Setting a Priority Flag in a Workfile

This feature allows you to set a priority flag in a Repair Order.

To set a priority flag in a workfile

1. Click View > Workfiles from the menu bar.
2. Perform a search to locate the workfile.
3. Right-click the workfile, and then click Priority, and select the priority from the droplist. The Priority status is changed.

Note: The Priority type descriptions are set up in your repair facility profile. Access this feature by selecting Configure > Profiles > Edit (repair facility profile) > Basic Settings > Priority Flags.
