Creating a Repair Plan Template

This feature provides the ability for to edit a predefined repair plan and the ability to create new ones. Each repair plan must have at least one repair phase defined.

To create a repair plan template

1. Select Configure, and then select Profiles from the menu bar.
2. Select your repair facility profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
3. Select the Workfile - Repair Plans link under Repair Management.
4. Click Add from the toolbar. The Add Repair Plan screen opens.
5. Enter values in the Plan Name, Description, and the Work Hours fields. Work hours are the production hours per day you are open.
6. Select Add Phase from the toolbar.
7. Enter the information in the screen as needed, and then click OK to save the repair phase information.
8. Add as many additional repair phases as needed.
9. Select Yes to enable the Sync with insurance company events feature under Repair Plan Milestones
10. Click OK to save the repair plan.
