Setting Up Auto Close for Opportunities

Opportunity workfiles can be created manually or by converting a New Estimate. To convert a New Estimate into an Opportunity, right-click the New Estimate, and then select Action > Accept Opportunity from the mini-toolbar.

Use the feature select the option to close them manually or to have them automatically closed after a number of days that you enter.

To set up Auto Close for Opportunities

1. Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
2. Select your repair facility profile, and select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
3. Click on the Workfile - Opportunities link under Repair Management.
4. From the Opportunity Settings section, choose an option for auto closing opportunities.
5. Select Save or Save and Close.
