Adding or Editing Workflow Task Types
The Workflow - Task Types feature allows you to add or edit task types used in workflow.
To edit workflow tasks
- Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
- Select your repair facility profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
- Click on the Workflow - Task Types link under Repair Management.
- Select a task type, and then select Edit from the toolbar. The Task Type screen opens.
- Click Add from the toolbar.
- Enter your task information.
To change the tasks display order
- While in the Task Types screen, click on the entry that you want to move, and then select the up or down arrows to the right.
- Click OK.
- Select Save or Save and Close to save your profile changes.
Note: Select the Display on Calendar Dashboard option to view the task in the Calendar Dashboard.
