Send Parts Return Screen
Use this screen to print, email, and save a credit memo as a PDF file. This screen also allows you to print part labels.
Description of fields on the screen
Field Label | Description |

Save parts return as PDF | Select this option to create a PDF of the purchase order and save it to a folder. Enter the folder location in the field. |
Search (icon) | This saves the PDF and allows you to browse for a folder location. |
Print parts return | When selected, the printer droplist allows you to select the printer that is installed on your machine. The default printer is set up in the Machines Settings screen. Use the up or down arrows to select the number of printed copies. The number can also be entered in this field. |
Print part labels | Use this option to print part labels. This option opens the Print Part Labels screen. Use the up or down arrows to select the number of labels to print. The number can also be entered in this field. This option is not available when creating a partial credit return. |
Send Email notification to | Enter one or more email addresses in this field. Use a comma after each email address when entering multiple email addresses in one field. Each field creates a separate email message. |
OK | This executes the parts return send notification methods. |
Cancel | Select this to cancel the send option. |
