Repair Workflow users with Parts Procurement have the ability to request quotes and place orders electronically from electronic parts vendors. Enabling this feature for the first time, and then creating a purchase order brings up the parts procurement splash screen. From there, select Start Now. This action flags the electronic ordering preferred action for all electronic enabled parts vendors.

Electronic Parts Ordering also provides the ability for you to request a parts quote from electronic parts vendors. Once completed, the vendor sends back electronic quote information you can use to determine which parts are in stock, price, and delivery information. From there, select the parts you want to order.
