Setting Up File Export Directories

This feature provides the ability for you to set up directory locations CCC ONE will use to export file for the following file data types:

• CIECA EMS 2.01 Estimate
• EMS Part Price Change
• Workfile Copy - AWF Estimate
• Part XML - Parts Trader

To set up file export directories

1. Select Configure > Machine Settings from the menu bar. The Machine Settings screen opens.
2. Click on the File Export link under Import/Export.
3. Select the type of file to export (e.g., EMS 2.01 Estimate, EMS Part Price Change - estimating application name, or Workfile Copy - AWF Estimate File) from the Export Type droplist.
4. Enter the export folder location or select the ellipse (...) button to browse to the folder.
5. Click OK.

Note: You can add more than one export directory.
