Viewing the Frame Specifications

The Frame Specifications database provides measurements and diagrams for the vehicle’s underhood; frame and unibody; door and window openings. The measurements can be viewed and printed from the workfile estimate tab.

The Chief Precision Specifications Presented by CCC ONE screen opens. Select Lower Body or Body Openings. Or, use the toolbar icons to zoom, pan, print, or access the measurements dialog box.

To view the Frame Measurements

  1. Open the workfile.
  2. Select the Estimate tab, and then select the Lines tab. The estimate lines display.
  3. Select the MOTOR tab.
  4. Select Frame > Frame Specifications from the Operations toolbar. The Chief Precision Specifications Presented by CCC ONE screen opens.

Note: If the vehicle information in the Frame Dimensions database does not match the CCC ONE vehicle information, the Select Vehicle screen opens first.

  1. Enter the year, make, model, and body style or select them from the droplists.
  2. Click OK. The Chief Precision Specifications Presented by CCC ONE screen opens.
  3. Use the screen controls to manipulate the screen contents.
