Adding a Carwise Appointment Plugin

The Carwise® Appointment Plugin allows your customers to book an appointment with you directly from your own website. These appointments will automatically display on your CCC® Repair Workflow calendar. You can access all available plugins through CCC® Repair Workflow or directly on cccone.com.

Read how to access the Appointment Plugin and choose from four different options for your shop website. Once you select your preferred option, you will be able to generate the code to add the plugin to your website.

Access Carwise Plugins

Before you begin, you will need to have your software serial number ready and the zip code for each location in order to generate the plugin code specific to that location. For example, if you have three different locations, you will have different software serial numbers and possibly, different zip codes for each.

Once ready with that information, there are two ways to access the Carwise Appointment Plugins. You can either go to the Calendar in the desktop application or directly to cccone.com. This help topic describes the Calendar option.

For CCC® Engage users

  1. Login to cccone.com.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Carwise Profile tile.
  4. Click LEARN MORE in the Enhance your website with Carwise plugins section.
  5. Click Select to choose the desired Plugin.
  6. Once selected, you will be prompted to enter your software serial number (SSN) and the zip code of the shop location. Click on Sign In. The Plugin Selector page displays already open to the Appointment tab. There are three different Button styles to choose from and one Embedded Widget option.
  7. Click the </>Generate Code button for the Button or Embedded Widget you wish to copy code for to embed into your web site. The Get Plugin Code form opens.
  8. Click on Select All, Right click to copy the code.

 

Note: We recommend that you paste the code into a document to provide your website administrator. This person will then place the code on your site. Once completed, the button or widget will display.
