Entering Account Mapping Values - MAS90 MAS200

The Account Mapping tab lists the sales and cost accounts in CCC ONE. This is where you enter the values for Miscellaneous Sales Items, Sales G/L Account, and COGS G/L Accounts.

Miscellaneous Sales Item values

Enter the MAS90 MAS200 sales item alpha-numeric value for each Miscellaneous Sales Item listed in CCC ONE.

Sales G/L Account values

Enter the numeric MAS90 MAS200 Sales G/L Account value for each Sales G/L Account value in CCC ONE.

COGS G/L Account values

Enter the numeric MAS90 MAS200 Chart of Accounts value for each Cost Account listed.

Note: Refer to the MAS90 MAS200 documentation to look up these values.

To enter account mapping values

1. Open the MAS90 MAS200 accounting connection, and then click on the Account Mapping tab.
2. Enter the MAS90 MAS200 Chart of Accounts value in the appropriate fields.
3. Click on the Receipt Mapping tab to continue setting up the connection.

   Click Save and Close from the toolbar. Your changes are saved and the Accounting Connection screen closes.
