Setting Up CCC ONE for the First Time

Use this guide for setting up CCC ONE^® after you have completed the initial installation.

Install CCC ONE^® Comp-Est program on your computer.

Ensure that you are connected to the Internet.

There are 40 tasks organized in sequential groups that you can perform when you set up CCC ONE for the first time
The entire process should take about 45 minutes to complete
Click on the Next link to move to the next group until you have completed all tasks

This feature allows you to enter or edit your login and profile information. Additionally, use this feature to change your password.	To enter your account login and profile information Select Configure, and then select My Account from the menu bar. The My Account screen opens. Enter your profile information in the appropriate fields. Click OK.

This feature provides the ability for you to set up normal work hours for production and for customer service.	To set up company work hours Select Configure, and then select Work Hours from the menu bar. Select the Production or Customer Service option from the Work Hours panel on the left. Click on the Configure Normal Hours button from the toolbar. The Normal Hours screen opens. Select the days of the week you are open, and then select the hours from the From: and To: droplists for each day. Click OK.
