If the Claim Reference ID or the Valuation Request Number is available to you, you will be able to use Valuation Request Quick Search. Valuation Request Quick Search is accessible from the CCC Portal Home Page and from the list of available Public Searches within the Search tool.
The search results will be displayed on the Quick Search Results List page.
Searching with Valuation Request Quick Search
The Valuation Request Quick Search allows you to search using either a Claim Reference ID or the Valuation Request Number. You must enter at least 5 characters into the Claim Reference ID field, or at least 2 characters in the Valuation Request Number field.
The Valuation Request Quick Search is accessible from two locations: the CCC Portal Home Page and from the list of available Public Searches within the Search tool.
To use the Valuation Request Quick Search:
- Enter a Claim Reference ID (minimum of 5 characters) in the Claim Reference ID field
– or –
Enter a valuation request number (minimum of 2 characters) in the Valuation Request Number field - Click Search. The search results will be displayed on the Quick Search Results List page.
Viewing Results from the Quick Search Portlet
The Quick Search Results List page displays the results of your search. As with the maximized Active Market Valuation Reports portlet, you can view, email, fax, and sort. And you can open the associated claim folder that contains the Market Valuation Report.
