CCC® Valuation users can search for and view active Market Valuation Reports through the CCC Portal. Users can search for reports by using any of the following information: Claim reference ID, valuation request number, appraiser/adjuster name, vehicle, vehicle owner, or date range. The system will return a list of reports that meet the criteria entered. The data displayed for reports being viewed includes: Valuation request number, claim number, CCC Claim Services ID, valuation request status, submit date, vehicle make, and vehicle year.
CCC® Valuation users can also print, email and fax Market Reports. The email function allows for sending single or multiple reports to an individual or multiple recipients. There is no limit to the number of reports that can be faxed at one time.
