Creating a Valuation Request

CCC® Valuation submission usability has been enhanced through integration into the CCC Portal. The Request Valuation link on the Portal Home Page allows you to submit Valuation Requests. There is also a Request Valuation link available from within open claim folders.

To create a Valuation Request from the Portal Home Page

  1. Click the Request Valuation Link located under the CCC® Valuation - Claims Services heading on the left side of the screen. The Key Data Page opens.
  2. Enter the Claim Reference ID, the Valuation Office, and the Loss Postal Code.
  3. Click the Create Valuation Request button. The Claim Data Page tab of the Valuation Request screen opens.
  4. Enter vehicle data in the pages that display. See Entering Valuation Request Data or reference the How to Create a Valuation Request job.

To create a Valuation Request from within an open claim folder

  1. Search for and open the claim folder for which you want to submit a Valuation Request.
  2. Click the Request Valuation Link located under the Valuation heading on the left side of the screen. The Key Data Page opens.
  3. Enter the Claim Reference ID, the Valuation Office and the Loss Postal Code.
  4. Click the Create Valuation Request button. The Claim Data Page tab of the Valuation Request screen opens.
