The Active Market Valuation Reports portlet is the list of Market Valuation Reports (MVR) that have a status of valued or changed.
Up to 10 open claim folders that contain new Market Valuation Reports from the previous 14 days will be displayed in the Active Market Valuation Reports portlet. If there are more than ten, you will need to click on the [maximize...] link to display all active Market Valuation Reports that were submitted within the last 14 days.
Once you have viewed or printed a Market Valuation Report, it will drop off of your Active Market Valuation Reports portlet, and you will not see it the next time you log into the CCC Portal.
Maximizing the Portlet
Click on the [maximize] link from within the Active Market Valuation Reports portal. The Search Results List page opens.
When you use the [maximize] link to view all Active Market Valuation Reports, all Market Valuation Reports that were submitted within the last 14 days will display in the Search Results List page.
Two additional column headings will also display on the page:
- Vehicle Year
- Valuation Adjuster Name
Once you have maximized the portlet, you can sort the list by clicking on column headings. For more information on sorting, go to Changing the Sort Order.
