Searching and Viewing Tow Assignments

To search for a tow assignment

1. Log into the CCC Portal. The CCC Portal home page opens.
2. Click on the Manage Tow Assignment link under Incident Management. When the Tow Assignment page opens, the most recent 15 tow assignments are displayed.
3. To search for tow assignments, enter criteria using the fields in the Filter section. Search results appear in the Tow Assignments panel and include all tow assignments matching the entered criteria.
4. If a tow assignment exists, it will display in the Tow Assignments list. Click the Claim Reference ID link to view the tow assignment details.
