About CCC® Workflow - Salvage Management

CCC® Workflow - Salvage Management allows Insurance Company employees to submit Salvage Assignments to Salvage Vendors and allows a Salvage Coordinator to track the salvage cycle for the company’s claims that require Salvage Vendor’s services. A Salvage Coordinator is an insurance employee whose responsibility is to manage the salvage cycle for such claims. These are claims that have been deemed as a total loss and which loss vehicles will be disposed of by a Salvage Vendor.

The Salvage Management's Salvage Total vs. Repair Comparison (T-v-R) tool is a view into the economics of the repair vs. total claim disposition decision. It reduces the data entry and claim disposition processing time and increases the discipline and accuracy in the determination if the loss vehicle will be repaired or totaled.
