Launching FNOL - Method of Inspection

You access cc, First Notice of Loss (FNOL) - Method of Inspection via the CCC Portal.

1. Using an approved Internet browser, log into www.mycccportal.com using your User ID and Password.
2. On the CCC Portal, locate the Predictive Solutions portlet (on the left-hand side).
3. Click the FNOL - Method of Inspection link.
4. The Get MOI Recommendations screen appears.
