About Pre-Claim Channels

CCC® offers several Pre-Claim channels such as: Quick View and Video Chat. These products allow insurance carriers to obtain information and/or photos from customers or potential customers before a claim is filed. Information submitted through these channels is accessible to carriers via the Incident Folder for the CCC Portal.
