Searching for an Assignment

You can search for any saved or sent assignment. To search for an assignment, click Search for Assignments in the utilities pane. The Assignment Search page appears.

  1. Enter the Claim Reference Number and click the Searchbutton to retrieve a specific assignment. Otherwise, enter one or more search criteria to select the assignment from a list. The criteria are identical to the information entered on the series of Assignment pages.
  2. After entering criteria, click the Search button to retrieve the list of matching assignments. The more information you enter, the more you will restrict the search. The Assignment Search Results page appears if the search criteria match one or more assignments.

Note: You cannot do a search for Staff.

  1. The Assignment Search Results page presents identifying information about each assignment meeting the search criteria in a table. Each column of the table contains specific information about an assignment.
  2. If the desired assignment does not appear on the first page of the list, click the Nextbutton to view the next Assignment Search Results page.
  3. Select the Claim Reference ID link to view the details about a particular assignment. The Loss and Adjuster tab appears with the assignment information in the text boxes.

To print a copy of the entire table, click the Print List button. To change the search criteria, click the New Search button to return to the Assignment Search page.
