Search for an Appraiser

Use the Search for Appraiser link on the Home Page to find an appraiser by distance to any address.

1. Click Search for Appraiser. The Search for Appraiser window will appear.  
2.  Select the Appraiser type. Options include: Drive-in, RF (repair facility), IA (Independent Appraiser), and Staff.
3. Select a radius, in miles.
4. Select an address by selecting the desired Claim Party name and address type. Or, manually enter the address by selecting Other, then typing it in the address fields.
5. Click Search. The Appraiser Search Results screen displays information about each appraiser.
6. Select an appraiser by clicking the button next to the name.
7. Click the Create Assignment button. The Key Data screen appears.

If the search results are unsatisfactory, you can initiate a new search without leaving the Search for Appraiser window.

1. Click New Search. The Search for Appraiser screen displays again.
2. Repeat the steps for Search for Appraiser.
3. Once you have found the appropriate appraiser, click the Create Assignment button to begin. The Key Data screen appears.
