Select an action in the Utilities Pane of the Home page to begin using Assignment Entry.
Create Modify Assignment opens the Assignment Key Data page. Loss takers enter administrative information on this page to assign the vehicle to a Staff or Drive-in facility or Independent Appraiser or Direct Repair Program (DRP) facility.
Search For Assignments opens the Assignment Search page. Enter search criteria to locate an assignment. After finding a particular assignment, you can change assignment information, such as the assignment location or other data about the loss.
Search for Appraiser opens the Search for Appraiser page where you can find an appraiser by distance to any address.
The Utilities Pane changes once you have opened an assignment. The links take you to the various sections of the assignment (e.g., Key Data, Loss, Adjuster, Claim Parties, etc.) These links will vary depending on whether you are looking at a Customized assignment or a Full View assignment.
