Printing Within the Claim Folder Results Tab
Clicking on the Print Options button brings up a dialog box that gives you two options:
- Print List
- Print New Estimates and Documents for Selected Claim Folders
Note: If a claim folder has new items, you will see a checkbox next to it that will enable you to use the Print New Estimates and Documents for Selected Claim Folders feature. If the claim folder has no new items, the Print New Estimates and Documents for Selected Claim Folders feature will be enabled, but you will get an error message if you select it and then click the Print button.
You cannot print all the contents of a claim folder from the Results tab (only the new items). If you want to print all the files for a particular claim folder, you must first view that claim folder from the Summary tab.
To print the List (of Search Results items)
- From the Results tab, click the Print Options button.
- When the Print Options window opens, select Print List.
- Click the Print button. The Print dialog box opens.
- Under Print Frames, select the Only the Selected Frame option.
- Click the Print button.
To print New Estimates and Documents for Selected Claim Folders
- From the Results tab, select one or more claim folders that contain new items.
- Click the Print Options button.
- When the Print Options window opens, select Print New Estimates and Documents for Selected Claim Folders.
- Click the Print button. A printer-friendly copy of the Claim Folder File Details displays in Acrobat Reader.
