Schedule Manager is a feature in CCC® Scheduling that shows the daily work of the appraisers in a graphical format. This product allows you to manage multiple appraisers across the company.
You can see their routes for the day on a map, as well as any scheduled activities.
Note: Depending on how you are set up, you may not have access to all features discussed in this topic.
To access Schedule Manager
- Log into the CCC Portal.
- From the Scheduling section of the Portal home page, click on the Schedule Manager link.
- The Schedule Manager page opens. The Schedule Manager page has three main sections:
- Team area - You can select Teams or Appraisers to show in the Gantt chart. There is also an Exceptions tab next to the Team tab.
- Gantt Chart area- You can see and manage the schedules of selected Appraisers.
- Google® map area - You can see Appraisers' routs and appointment locations.
Note: There is also a section in the middle of the screen devoted to Dates and Time Zones.
To reschedule an appointment from within Schedule Manager
Rescheduling an appointment can be done from the Schedule Manager in two different ways.
- Right-click on the appointment in the Gantt chart. From the menu that appears, select Book Appointment. Enter the date and time you prefer.
- Drag and drop the appointment within the Gantt chart. Click the appointment and drag it to a different day, time, or appraiser.
Appointments can also be moved to Exceptions.
Note: If the Appraiser does not have the skills or territory coverage to meet the Appointment criteria, an error message will appear at the bottom right of the screen.
