This glossary has two groups: Attributes and Metrics. Each group contains categories, select any category to see the Attributes/ Metrics, and Definitions.

Advisor Score | The score associated to the P01 that's used as a threshold which acts as an optional validation which generated as part of the P01 based on the carrier's STP Advisor rules. |
Airbag Deployed Flag | Indicates whether the airbags were deployed. |
Anchor Date | The date used as an anchor for the dashboard. All claims will display based on that date. If a claim does not have a record for that date, the claim will be excluded from the dashboard |
Appraiser Claim Office Level 1 - 6 | The Claim Office hierarchy levels (1 -6) based on the appraiser type and claim office.For RF and IA appraiser types the office is sources from the claim, Staff appraiser types the office is based on the claim office they are registered to in CLEAR. Levels are defined in the CCC Registration system can be configured by the office location. |
Assign to AI Appraiser Datetime | The business event is generated when the claim is assigned to AI Appraiser via CWF rules engine. |
Assignment Retrieved Datetime | The date and time the assignment was received by the appraiser. |
Assignment Sent Flag | Indicates the assignment was sent on the claim. |
Assignment Status | Specifies the latest status of the assignment (Sent, Cancelled, Saved, Dispatched, Archived). |
Auto Release Rules Configured Flag | Indicates that the auto release rules were configured on the claim. |
Catastrophe Code | The Catastrophe Code reflects code for a Catastrophe event captured on the claim this show the latest information for the claim. |
Channel Type | Specifies the mobile solution that was leveraged for submitting the photos. |
Claim Category Code | Claim Category is a grouping of Claim Type into Structural, Vehicle, Other or Unknown. |
Claim Folder Create Datetime | The date and time the claim folder was created. Claim folders are automatically created when an assignment is created or when an appraiser sends information for a claim folder. This attribute is at the claim level multiple transactions for a given claim number will have the same value. |
Claim Folder Status | The current status of the CCC Autoverse Claim folder. Values include: (Open, Closed, Merged, Merging, Unknown). |
Claim Number | The alpha-numeric value assigned as the claim number. |
Claim Office Level 1 - 6 | This is the Claimoffice Hierarchy ( 1- 6) from the claim office in the portal. Levels are defined in the CCC Registration system can be configured by the office location. |
Claim Type | Claim Type is an attribute that reflects the type of claim appraised. Values include: (Bus, Heavy Truck, Recreational Vehicles and Campers, Trailer, Watercraft, Emergency, Motorcycle, Sport/Off Road, Unknown, Heavy Equipment, Other, Structural, Vehicle) |
Claim with Supplement Flag | A flag that indicates claims with supplement. |
Company Name | This folder corresponds to the insuring company name for whom estimates and supplements and total loss valuations were generated. The prompt window within Intellisphere displays the hierarchy of the company as set up and maintained in CCC’s Front Office System. This hierarchy includes all locations to which data is tied, as well as all locations at levels above the lowest level locations. Once a report is generated, the user can drill down to lower levels within the Company hierarchy. |
Cycle Time Units | Indicates whether cycle times are shown in increments of days, hours or minutes. |
Date Range Selection | Indicates whether the dashboard is displaying based on a rolling date range or fixed date range. |
Drivable Condition | An indicator used to denote whether a vehicle is considered drivable or not. It has values as Drivable , Non-Drivable or Unknown. |
E01 Appraiser Hierarchy Level 1-7 | The management hierarchy levels (1 -7) of the Appraiser who completed the first Estimate (E01). Contacts in the CCC Registration system can be configured with a manager. |
E01 Appraiser MSO Name | This is the name of shop Parent Organization who created the first Estimate (E01) that was reviewed as defined in CCC Registration system. |
E01 Appraiser Name | Appraiser who wrote and locked the first Estimate. |
E01 Appraiser Type | Identifies the ‘type’ of appraiser that generated the appraisal for the first Estimate. Types include: (Staff Appraiser, Repair Facility, Independent Appraiser). |
E01 Inspection Location | Specifies the Method how a Motor Own Damage (MOI) inspection is conducted to the first Estimate, typically has values like Desk , Drive-in , field , home etc. |
E01 Inspection Type | Indicates the type or nature of the Motor Own Damage (MOI) inspection performed for the first Estimate, such as Photo , Physical , Quick Estimate etc. |
E01 MOI | Indicates the standardize Method how a Motor Own Damage (MOI) inspection is conducted based inspection type and location for the first Estimate. |
End Date | If fixed date range is used, the end date for the active date range. |
Estimate STP | Indicates if the estimate is straight through processing. |
Estimate Appraiser Name | Name of the appraiser who wrote the estimate on the claim. |
Estimate Complete Flag | Indicates if the estimate is complete for the claim. |
Estimate Review | Indicates that the estimate review process was completed by the reviewer. |
Estimate Review Complete Datetime | The date and time the reviewer has received the estimate and has completed the review process. |
Estimate Review Start Datetime | The date and time the reviewer has received the estimate and started the review process. |
First Estimate Complete Datetime | The date and time the first estimate was locked by the appraiser. |
First Estimate Start Datetime | The date and time the original estimate started the appraisal. |
First Final Bill Datetime | The date and time the first final bill was generated on the claim. |
First Original Valuation Datetime | The date and time the first valuation was generated by CCC. |
First PMOI Datetime | The date and time the first predicted method of inspection was generated. |
First Post Valuation Datetime | The date and time the first post valuation was generated by CCC. |
First Promise Datetime | The date and time the first promise was generated. |
First Assignment Appraiser Name | Appraiser who was initially assigned to the first Estimate. |
First Assignment Appraiser Type | Identifies the ‘type’ of appraiser that generated the appraisal for the first assignment. Types include: (Staff Appraiser, Repair Facility, Independent Appraiser). |

Latest File Related Prior Damage Flag | Indicates claims where damage that existed prior to the current claimed loss and will be repaired as a consequence of repairing damages from the current claimed loss. |
Latest File Unrelated Prior Damage Flag | Indicates claims where damages that existed prior to the current claimed loss but cannot be repaired as a consequence of repairing damages from the current claimed loss. |
Latest Final Bill Datetime | The date and time the latest final bill was generated. |
Latest PMOI Datetime | The date and time the latest predicted method of inspection was generated. |
Latest Post Valuation Datetime | The date and time of the latest post valuation was generated by CCC. |
Latest Promise Datetime | The date and time the latest promise on the claim. |

Loss Datetime | The date of loss for a given claim. |
Loss Report Datetime | The date and time the loss was reported for a given claim. |
Mobile Image Upload Datetime | The date and time and time the mobile image was uploaded. |
Mobile Appraiser Pro | A flag that indicates mobile appraiser pro was on the claim. |
Preliminary AI Estimate Assigned to Bucket Datetime | The date and time the preliminary AI estimate was assignment to bucket. |
Primary Point of Impact | Provides info about primary point of impact for the loss , like whether it was front, rear, right, left ,left front, all over etc. |
Quick Estimate | Indicates that images were taken and uploaded for the claim. |
Quick Estimate Image Upload Datetime | The date and time images were captured and uploaded using the Quick Estimate application. |
Quick Estimate Image Upload Flag | Indicates a quick estimate image was uploaded. |
Red Flag Score | The score calculated to determine if the claim should be considered fraudulent. The score is used a threshold by insurance carriers and calculated using assignment, estimate/supplement, photo, and valuation. |
Rental Car Used Flag | Indicates a rental car was used. |
Repair Started Datetime | The date and time the repair was started. |
Repair Completed Datetime | The date and time the repair was completed. |
Repair Scheduled Datetime | The date and time the repair was scheduled. |
Repairable Flag | Specifies whether if the vehicle is repairable or a total loss. |
Rolling Date Range | If rolling date range is used, indicates the length of time data is shown working backward from current date |
SE Completed No Prediction Flag | Indicates a rental car was used. |
SE Eligible Flag | Indicates smart estimate is eligible. |
SE Jumpstart Clicked Flag | Indicates smart estimate clicked. |
SE Prediction Error Flag | Indicates smart estimate prediction error. |

Secondary Point of Impact | Provides info about Secondary point of impact for the loss , like whether it was front , rear , right , left , left front , all over etc. |

Total Cost of Repair | This is the sum of PreTax Amt + Tax Amt. Equivalent to the Total Cost of Repairs on the print image. |
Total Loss Flag | An indicator used to identify whether a vehicle has been deemed a total loss as a result of damage, typically due to an accident, theft, or other covered event. A total loss occurs when the cost of repairs exceeds a certain threshold of the vehicle's value, as determined by insurance companies or regulatory guidelines. |
Total Supplement Amt | The total supplement amount on the claim. |

Trend Charts Level of Detail | Indicates whether combo chart is shown in increments of year, quarter, month or week. |
Valuation Flag | A flag that indicates that a valuation was ran on the claim. |

Vehicle Make | The brand or manufacturer of a vehicle, representing the company that designed, produced, and marketed the vehicle. |
Vehicle Model | The specific version or variant of a vehicle produced by a manufacturer. It typically includes details such as trim level, options, and features that distinguish it from other models within the same make. |
Vehicle Out Datetime | The date and time the vehicle was checked out of the repair facility. |
Vehicle Owner State | The vehicle current location based on vehicle location zip code. |
Vehicle Owner Zip Code | The vehicle current location zip code. |
Vehicle Type | Classifies the vehicle into a specific category or type based on its intended use, design, and characteristics, such as passenger car, commercial vehicle, truck, motorcycle, etc. |
Vehicle Year | Model year of the vehicle. The model year or production year of the vehicle, representing the calendar year in which it was manufactured. It is often used to determine the age and specifications of the vehicle. |
WeGoLook | Indicates that the claim leveraged external solution provider WeGoLook (WGL) so that field inspector performed a physical inspection at the Vehicle Location capturing the vehicle damage photos. |

Jumpstart Success Click Count | The count of lines where jumped success was clicked. |
Kept Informed Response Cnt | The total number of claims that have responses to the "Kept Informed" question on the CSI survey that answered "Yes". |
Kept Informed Score | Thescore calculated from the responses of the "Kept Informed" question in the CSI survey. |
Last Estimate Assignment to Est Sent Days | The total number of days from latest estimate assignment to latest estimate. This metric measures the efficiency of the estimate workflow, reflecting the typical turnaround time from latest estimate assignment to latest estimate. |

On Time Delivery Score | Thescore calculated from the responses where the customer responded "Yes" to vehicle delivered. |
Outstanding Assignment (< 2 weeks) Count | Count of claims with outstanding assignment 2 weeks or less. |
Outstanding Assignment (30-45 days) Count | Count of claims with outstanding assignment between 30 to 45 days. |
Outstanding Assignment (15-30 days) Count | Count of claims with outstanding assignment between 15 to 30 days. |
Outstanding Assignment (45+ days) Count | Count of claims with outstanding assignment 45 days or more. |
Outstanding Assignment Count | The total number of claims where the customer responded "Yes" to vehicle delivered outstanding assignment outstanding CSI survey. |
Outstanding Assignment Days | The number of days the assignment is outstanding. |
Overall Experience Cnt | The total number of claims where the customer responded "Yes" to vehicle delivered overall experience overall CSI survey. |
Overall Experience Score | Thescore calculated from the responses to the overall all experience for the CSI survey that responded "Yes". |
P01 Line Count | The count lines with P01. |
P01 Total Repair Cost | The total repair cost for P01. |
P01 Total Repair Cost Threshold | The threshold cost for P01 total repair. |
Photo Delta V | Indicates claims where the Photo Delta V AI model was invoked and derived other data values by post processing on the derived Delta V. Delta V gets calculated from the Images derived from Quick Estimate (EXPCL) , CCCONE Estimating, MAPRO, First Look channels. |
