Overview - Mailboxes
There are two mailbox types that can be created and managed in the Communications feature. A Personal Mailbox allows you to receive assignments for a specific appraiser. A Drive In Mailbox allows you to receive assignments for a drive in location. Once you have created a mailbox, it can be activated or deactivated using this screen. Other options include editing and deleting an individual mailbox as well as the ability to print, print preview, and export you list of mailboxes.
Access this feature from the My Work Dashboard - Workfiles option in the My Work panel, as well as the Configuration Dashboard - Settings option, and then selecting the Communications link. You can also access this feature by selecting the Active Mailboxes link located in the bottom right of any Dashboard screen.
